From the beginning of your stay to the end, the staff here will do anything and everything to make you feel special. You’re going to be addressed by name, your daily coffee order will be on your table before you ask for it… etc.

The breakfast experience at this resort is the best in the world, from its beautiful poolside setting to the unbelievable quantity and quality of the food served in the extensive buffet and a la carte menus. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with modern touches such as a tablet which can control the room temperature, blinds, and even order room service.

In the bathroom, you’ll find world-renowned Australian skincare brand Aesop which are liberally restocked by the wonderful housekeeping staff, who come twice a day for room cleaning. At turndown service, you’ll find thoughtful gifts on your made-up bed, such as a Capella-branded coloring book one day or a card game the next.

The buildings making up the Capella reflect the city it is in- blending a new building (where the rooms are located) seamlessly with a former barracks from the colonial days (where the lobby is located.)

The 3 stunning pools, lush landscaping, and tropical climate of Singapore could trick anyone into thinking you’re in Bali, when you’re really just 10 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Singapore.

The Capella Singapore is one of, if not my favorite hotel in the world.
